3‑Shipping & Delivery

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Please inspect your goods upon arrival. If items arrive damaged or defective, please contact our support team with photos within 7 calendar days after receipt.

4‑Returns & Refunds

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Returned furniture and home items must be unused, clean, scratch‑free and kept in the original complete packaging with all accessories.

• For non‑defective returns: Customers bear return‑shipping costs.
• For defective / damaged‑upon‑arrival items: We cover related shipping costs and offer replacement or refund solutions. Our after‑sales team will respond to your inquiries in a timely manner. After we receive and inspect returned goods, refunds will be processed within 5‑7 business days to your original payment method. Goods damaged by improper assembly, misuse or normal wear‑and‑tear are not eligible for return.
