Shipping & Returns

All our home & household goods are carefully packed for safe delivery. Orders are processed and shipped within 1‑3 business days. You will receive tracking information once your order leaves our warehouse.

If you are not fully satisfied with your home goods purchase, you may return unused, undamaged items in original packaging within 30 days after delivery. Please contact our support team to get a return authorization before sending items back.

For damaged or defective items upon arrival, kindly send us photos within 7 days of receipt, and we will arrange replacement or refund for you. Customer covers return shipping cost unless the fault is from our side.

Once we receive and inspect your returned goods, refunds will be processed in 5‑7 business days to your original payment method.
